This course provides the students with the principles of writing news and information for Radio, TV, Podcasts, and Livestreaming, emphasizing on the fundamentals of television studio production.
This course allows the students to gain practical experience in media news gathering, working as part of a team to produce news reports and complete newscast that includes material such as sports coverage, weather forecasts, traffic reports, political commentary, expert opinions, editorial content, and other material that is relevant to the audience.
Students would be able to know the role and responsibilities of the broadcast journalist in covering issues and will acquire the ability to know writing, presenting and reporting stories for television. Students will learn various stages of production of a video program.
At the end of the class, students will be prepared for real newsroom and field experience by offering them a chance to produce and direct news productions.
