This course aims to provide trainees with an understanding of making investment and financial decisions regarding clinics and medical centers. In addition to identifying the tools used in the evaluation of investment proposals to extend the service or enhance it. It also displays the capital structure concept as well as some applications on how to conduct financial and risk analysis. Finally, it will help shed light on how to prepare a business plan for projects related to clinics and medical centers and evaluate it.

Objectives

At the end of this course, the trainees will gain knowledge and understanding of financial statements and how to use them to evaluate the performance of a clinic and medical center. In addition, trainees will be able to identify the concepts, purposes, and classifications of cost elements inside the firms and analyze them. Finally, trainees will be familiarized with investment and financial decisions making, and identifying the tools used in the evaluation of investment proposals.
