This course provides the trainees with an understanding and application of the legal rules and procedures required for the establishment and management of clinics and medical centers. Also, acquire the ability to deal legally with various entities related to the health and medical system, contract management, risks, insurance, tax procedures, rules of criminal, civil, and administrative liability, and other legal activities. |
Objectives |
By the end of this course, trainees will have acquired a practical application of legal activities and procedures related to clinics and medical centers. In order to be able to know the legal rules regulating clinics and medical centers, legislation, and relevant legal provisions. |

Mechanisms for dealing with the administrative organization and law enforcement agencies. 4. Tax procedures. 5. The criminal, civil, and administrative liability of the doctor and the medical centers. 6. Insurance and risks of clinics and medical centers. 7. Contracting within the framework of clinics and medical centers and resolving their disputes. |
